Pricing for a hand-drawn single portrait to fit your 11x14" frame is $300 +tax for a 3/4 view or frontal view, and $250 + tax for a profile.  Portraits are rendered on your choice of quality artists papers (such as cream, gray, or antique sepia) and include a complimentary neutral mat.

A larger size such as a 16x20 to accommodate up to two subjects would be $600 + tax, and an 18x24 (3 subjects) would  be  $800 + tax.    $400/$600 pricing for single subjects on these sizes respectively.     (Larger sizes may vary due to the compositional needs of your portrait.)

If you are interested, the next step is to collect references.  The best photos are the ones that show relaxed, pleasing expressions.  Taking a roll to get the perfect shot?  Plan for natural lighting in front of the subject, and get down to the same level as the subject.  Take many pictures.  Send them along with your favorites marked for a non-obligating review, and after I see what you have, then I can make recommendations for either beginning or gathering more references.  If you are using a professional photographer, I will need a copyright release permission form before beginning your portrait.

Timing is roughly 2-3 weeks from the time all references are agreed upon, and $50 deposit have been received (subject to  change due to seasonal volume).  Final payment is due upon completion and your complete satisfaction.

CERAMIC PLATTERS: 

 Custom hand painted and kiln fired home portrait platters include the family name upon the upper rim and an address or town name on the lower rim.  You may choose a personal sentiment to be painted along the back.  Platters may come with a sponged edge.  They are food & dishwasher safe.  

*Platters take approximately 2-3 weeks from the time all references and deposit have been received.  When the platter is finished, you can pick it up from All Fired Up! in Ridgefield, Ct., unless other arrangements have been made in advance.  Shipping is extra.   Prices listed below are averages and are subject to change due to the complexity involved such as an ornate building or excessive lettering.  Pricing for other ceramics and different subjects available upon request.
